Appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance

Appointments for all GPs can be booked on line, provided you register at reception for on-line services.

To accommodate patients' needs we also offer a daily doctor telephone appointment service.

There is also an urgent daily clinic run by the duty doctor for problems that cannot wait another day.

If you can't attend your appointment please let us know to allow someone else to take your place!

Home Visits

Requests should be made before 10.00am to allow the GP to plan visits

To help determine urgency you will be asked to describe the patient’s symptoms

Please remember that home visits are only appropriate for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability - several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit

A doctor may phone you back to get more information and ascertain whether the problem can be dealt with on the telephone, on a visit or if hospital admission might be appropriate

Test Results

 The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
